Loved this perfectly clean hotel with a nice lobby. Everything was nice, however a few employees were awful. Really really nice overall experience.

The venue was always fairly clean, had very good staff and cleanliness. I liked the room with two queen beds, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

Absolutely perfect location; nice hot breakfast and spacious bed. The room was bright and non-smoking, I enjoyed to be there. The in-house restaurant was magnificent and their staff was extremely helpful! Fast check in and in general perfect service.

Famous property, reasonably clean, GOOD service and brilliant value. Cool enough, fashionable room with a balcony, lovely view and a fridge. The weather was wonderful, had good stay.

Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

It was well-maintained and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with efficient staff and perfect location close to clifton hill. Lots of food for breakfast, the food was good. Thanks, we had a fairly nice stay here.

Very amiable staff and good hot breakfast with lots of options. All in all it's neat place, they have very comfy beds. Location is unbeatable, not too far away from an art gallery.

We had the most great few days there. We loved the beautiful furniture and ideal location...
